Two Sevens Capital is a private investment firm in Oakville. Since 2019 we have bought six multi-residential properties in Hamilton and Kingston with a small group of investors. We are also working toward large-load digital infrastructure for data centres, a forward-looking plan that can change. We have tracked this market and underwritten sites in it, near daily, since 2024. We have no offering in it, and may never make one.
