Oakville ON May 2021 ~ Two Sevens Capital (77C) announced on Monday a new member of their senior leadership team – Jonathan Olynick, has joined the business as a Managing Partner & Head of Real Estate. Jon will sit on the firm’s Executive Team and will lead the Acquisitions & Asset Management function of the firm’s rapidly growing commercial real estate portfolio.
For more than 20 years Jon has been in the Investing, Real Estate and Asset Management field. His in-depth skill and wealth of knowledge in knowing what to look for in investment-grade real estate will be a welcomed addition to the Senior Leadership team at Two Sevens Capital.
In his most recent role, Jon was a Managing Director & Global Head of Leasing, Asset Management at Manulife Investment Management in Toronto, working on significant transactions with sophisticated clients/stakeholders. Jon brings a very high level of skill and experience in Real Estate Investment: Leasing, Asset Management, Negotiation, Real Estate Transactions, Operational Optimization, Relationship Management and Strategy. Jon possesses exceptional Leadership skills that compliment years of experience in Real Estate Brokerage, Corporate & Institutional ownership.
